We are a family-owned group of seven CQC-registered care homes across Leeds, Wakefield and Sheffield, offering residential, nursing and dementia care for just over 400 residents. This year we also took on two homes in Liverpool and south Manchester, our first west of the Pennines.
Every home has its own manager, its own cook and its own character. Group support covers training, clinical governance and HR, but day-to-day decisions sit with the people who know the residents by name. Our homes are rated Good or Outstanding, and we want to keep it that way by keeping staff, not by recruiting endlessly.
Carers who join us get paid Care Certificate training, a route into NVQ Level 3 and senior roles, and nurses get protected time for revalidation.
