The group employs around 750 people: control-room operators working a rotating shift pattern, field technicians assigned to one of six regional depots, treatment-plant operators, and a planning and engineering team that manages network expansion and renewal. Field and plant staff hold VCA safety certification, and the control room operates to ISO 9001 process standards across both the water and heating divisions.
