Across Dublin and the surrounding county, we look after older adults who want to stay in their own homes — scheduled visits, live-in care placements and a small community nursing team. The company started in 2011 and now employs around 130 nurses, healthcare assistants and coordinators. Most of our clients have been with us for more than two years. Every care plan is reviewed every six weeks by a named coordinator rather than a call centre, and each carer keeps a consistent list of six to ten households instead of a different address every shift.
