Responsabilità

build and run sourcing campaigns for both technical and non-technical roles
screen candidates against role scorecards agreed with hiring managers up front
keep time-to-offer under four weeks for standard roles
run a candidate process that people speak well of even when they do not get the job
coach hiring managers who have never interviewed before on how to run a fair, useful interview

Requisiti

1-3 years in talent acquisition or recruitment
comfort running full-cycle hiring with limited process to lean on
English C1 (Dutch is not required)

this role handles candidate personal data under our data protection obligations and occasionally involves same-day scheduling changes when a hiring manager's calendar shifts
€3,000-3,800 gross per month
hybrid with one office day a week in Amsterdam Oost

Ledgerly makes bookkeeping and cash-flow software for small businesses, with a real accounting team behind the app rather than a chatbot pretending to be one. About 34 of us work out of an office near Amsterdam Oost — engineers, client-facing accountants and support, in roughly equal parts. We take on around 60 new clients a month and close their books by the fifth working day. Every month, no exceptions.
