I moved from Germany to Valencia in 2023 and retrained as a learning experience designer. I now build blended courses combining short videos, quizzes and hands-on labs for technical-school partners. After reworking our onboarding module, learner data showed a third fewer students dropping off before lesson two. I want to grow into designing full programme journeys, not just single courses.
