I advise adult students on course selection and study plans at a vocational training center, many of them recent arrivals to Poland weighing retraining options. I made a similar jump myself a few years back. I helped restructure our intake process, cutting average time-to-enrollment from three weeks to ten days. I'm looking for an advisor role with more responsibility for programme design.
